The Center provides technical assistance to other Federal Healthy Start Projects across the country to develop multi-cross site logic models that allow for the creation of common databases across multiple project sites. This initiative creates the opportunity for these projects and other projects outside of Federal Healthy Start to conduct large scale rigorous evaluations of program effectiveness in order to be considered evidence-based programs. The Center continues to work with six Federal Healthy Start projects in the state of Florida.
The Center provides program planning and technical assistance to other local, statewide and nationally located community-based agencies.
